My name is Cecilia Hae-Jin Lee

I started my creative life as an artist and poet. I studied visual arts and biochemistry in college, and gave up my pre-med dreams to be an artist full time. I started as a food and travel writer as a way to keep from getting a day job. Here I am seven books and hundreds of articles later, writing and making art.

I also discovered I love producing films and TV shows. I’ve produced documentaries, food competition TV shows, and narrative features as well.
