EATING KOREAN: From Barbecue to Kimchi Recipes from My Home
(Houghton Mifflin Harcourt)

Because I can’t invite you into my kitchen, I wrote this book as a way to bring Korean food into your home. A memoir cookbook, it was one of the first Korean cookbooks written in English and includes over 100 family recipes. It also has personal stories of growing up both in the United States and in South Korea, family photos, cultural information and historic context.

OUT OF PRINT! Unfortunately, Houghton Mifflin Hartcourt has let my first book go out of print. Copies are available for outrageous prices on Amazon.
